Numerology in Education – Can It Be Beneficial?
One of very first things I recognized when I was initially introduced to Numerology in 1984, was the powerful accuracy of this ancient esoteric science. I was deeply impressed by the depth and insights that could be provided by an accurate numerological profile. As I pursued my study and use of this modality, I came to realize that this relatively unknown science could be of great benefit in many facets of everyday life. Whether being used for greater self-understanding, greater understanding of those in our lives, or better understanding of our inter-personal relationships, Numerology has something to offer in a simple and easy-to- understand fashion. Something that can go a long way towards helping people in their everyday lives. More importantly (and this is something I have been advocating for many years), Numerology could become a powerful tool in the educational system.
I have been incredibly fortunate to have worked with thousands of clients throughout the years and it is gratifying to watch someone gain the understanding and acceptance of themselves through the use of Numerology. One of the goals of my work has always been to assist in an individual's growth. Numerology can pinpoint talents, abilities, strengths, weaknesses, lessons and challenges and it is the combination of these facets that collectively creates the understanding, acceptance, and ultimately, the taking of responsibility by the individual. One of the other goals of my work is to introduce Numerology into the mainstream in such a way that it does not lose its integrity. In the world of education, this could be invaluable. Imagine if the schools to which we send our children, were also able to pinpoint these attributes in the students and then work accordingly to better understand, and by extension, educate them more effectively.
I have always found it ironic that schools embrace the teachings of Pythagoras (generally considered to be the 'father of Numerology') through mathematics (who doesn't remember learning the Pythagorean theory in geometry?), music and in many ways, the structure of school, yet they totally discount his work with numbers in the form of Numerology. And, in my opinion, they are missing out on a golden opportunity to better understand and help their students. It is my understanding that the Myers/Briggs test is often used to evaluate students. While that is good in that it provides a personality type and some level of insight into who they are, Numerology, on the other hand, not only provides the type, it can also explain the 'whys' of behavior. And, once one understands the 'why', they can work more effectively in teaching and helping. Throughout the years, I have had numerous occasions in which I was able to inform a parent of the potential of what is considered ADD/ADHD behavior in their child. I have gone so far as to tell them to expect to hear from their child's school that their child has one of these 'conditions'. This statement was always confirmed as having already happened. I can see the ADD behavior in a preponderance of 5 energy in a child. Too much 5 energy will create an extremely curious, restless, and easily bored child. This is a child with a quick mind who picks things up quickly. Considering that a lesson is begun on Monday and finished on Friday, what does one expect of a child who 'gets it' in the first couple of days? The child will begin to drift and look for other things to occupy his mind, and many times this can lead to the child becoming a distraction as he attempts to amuse himself. In my opinion, rather than punishing this child, or labeling him or her and then prescribing medication, might not that child be better served through engaging in a curriculum that satiates his curiosity? Might not that child be better served if attention were paid to his or her particular interests and desires? I feel that all too often, the easy path of medicating and isolating these children is detrimental in a way that needn't be. Through the use of Numerology, this child could be properly identified and treated accordingly. The active and curious child could be provided activities and studies that keep him engaged and interested in his education.
In other instances, I have identified the person who comes out of an alcoholic or addictive family environment (this can be accomplished through the Challenge portion of Numerology). In the case of the addiction scenario, the 7 Challenge is the indicator of not only coming from that home life, it can also be a strong indicator of the possibility of that child falling into addictive behavior. It is rare that the child of an alcoholic begins to act up until they reach their teen years, at which point it might be difficult to overcome the behavioral issues. Just imagine if little Johnny could be identified as having an extremely high probability of coming from the addictive home. Efforts could then be taken immediately upon his entering the educational system to circumvent and overcome the impending behavior. Other conditions that can be identified through the Challenge numbers are: trouble with authority (1); impatience and lack of tolerance or sensitivity to others (2); issues of self-expression or self-esteem (3); control issues and the possibility of a physical reaction towards others (4); sexual abuse/molestation or a tendency towards overindulging in pleasures of the senses (5); coming from a broken home or a home in which other forms of abuse take place, e.g. verbal, physical, emotional, etc (6); or, a home in which anger and rage are a strong part of they dynamic (8). With recognition of these conditions as soon as possible, then educators and school counselors (as well as parents) could more effectively work with students with the goal being one of the ability to assist in overcoming these conditions in a way that creates long-term benefits to the child.
There are other portions of a numerological profile that can also assist in the realm of teaching a child. Strong talents and abilities can be emphasized and encouraged. Weaknesses in areas of characteristics and personality could be strengthened because focus could be placed upon these particular areas with the goal of improvement. The creative child could be encouraged to use their creativity. The curious child could be encouraged to use his curiosity in a positive manner. The deep-thinker could be encouraged to use his intellect to further his education in different facets of their schooling. The bully could be taught to be compassionate, tolerant and sensitive to others. The aggressive child could be taught to channel that aggressiveness into something positive such as athletics. The list of potential positives that can be gained is extensive and the benefits to the child and to society as a whole, are numerous.
I realize that our current educational system has many problems, none of which can be easily solved. Yet, if molding young children into productive and active members of society is an ultimate goal, then anything that can assist in that pursuit should be given consideration. I strongly advocate for Numerology to be given a long and detailed look as a one way to accomplish those goals. If you doubt the veracity of my claim, I encourage you to see for yourself, either through a private session with me, or by scheduling me to come speak to your group or organization about Numerology. The proof is in the demonstration!

OCTOBER 2013- A UNIVERSAL 7 MONTH
With the 7 vibration being the over-riding energy of October, this will be a month in which reflections on self and life play a big part in what happens. October is a single-digit 7 month which indicates that the pure energy of the 7 will be strongly in force. This is a time during which people, and the world, should take a deep breath and slow down a bit. Collectively, we should all be taking a step back to reflect on what has happened and what can happen, while analyzing that which has, and is taking place. October can be a month in which work is undertaken that will improve and perfect plans already in force. Using mental processes and discipline, we will be able to move forward in a more thoughtful and insightful way. The areas of self-improvement, nature, conservation, science, inventions, learning, religions and the spiritual journey are all areas that may be highlighted during the month. Many will receive inspiration through their dreams, visions and the use of intuition. With its emphasis on the inner-self this can be a time during which people can become more receptive and in-tune with their surroundings and their lives while taking steps to improve the conditions of their lives (and by extension, the lives of the greater collective). The 7 is also a representation of a greater mental and emotional energy being in play. This could result in a greater tendency to giving increased thought and feeling into decisions that impact the greatest number of people. Greater emphasis and thought may also be exercised in the realms of nature and conservation. It is possible that the topic of climate change will be moved a bit more into the limelight as people become increasingly aware of the ongoing changes and the adverse effect they are having on the lives of so many people.
In the world of money and finance, October is a month that calls for some restraint with finances although conditions will continue to move towards an overall improvement and a trend towards greater prosperity and financial stability. Businesses may also find they have a greater liquidity factor that can help with the overall improvement (especially if money is put back into business as opposed to being used to benefit business owners). The 7 energy is a good time for studying, planning, researching and inventing and October can be a fertile ground for the sprouting of new ideas and thought patterns that again, work towards improving the greater good.
On the seventh day, god rested, and so it is during a period of 7 energy. This is a time for resting and paying attention to issues surrounding health and well-being. Caution needs to be exercised in the world of health and healthcare as some new, and previously unknown malady may be found moving to center stage. This condition may be discovered as a result of increased research and analysis of existing data. Conditions are quite supportive of research and analysis playing a big part in increasing knowledge of things of a scientific and medical nature. Because of the 'rest aspect' of the 7, October would be a good time for the world to take a collective deep breath while simultaneously working towards finding solutions to existing conditions and problems.
On the negative side of the 7 month, we may see an increase in the lack of co-operation between opposing sides in many different facets of politics, government and ideologies. Because of the secretive and deceptive side of the 7, instances of fraud, irresponsibility, and lying may be displayed and/or uncovered. Caution is to be taken in all affairs as there may be hidden details that are brought into play. People must also be on the look-out for mischief making and interference in the affairs of others. It is incumbent upon all to not take things at face value but instead to actively question leaders and people in power about their motivations and reasons for doing things.
The important part of the 7 month is that everyone takes the time to rest and reflect on their lives and their part as a piece of the greater collective. Study, research, analyze and consider your feelings and thoughts on all things and take whatever steps you, as an individual, can take to make improvements in your own, personal world and by extension, the entire world. For what one does affects everyone. Within the context of the current 6 Universal Year, greater responsibility must be taken to insure that the greater good is considered in all activities and actions. Beneficial service to others and the planet is essential in creating a world that provides for everyone.

SEPTEMBER 2013 – A UNIVERSAL 15/6
With its emphasis on home, family and service to others, the 15/6 Universal Month energy of September can be a month in which these concepts receive greater attention on both a personal and global level. This is a month during which people may be required to show a greater degree of responsibility in their homes, jobs, communities and their relationships with one another. The 6 energy of the month may bring about continuing improvements in issues around the economy and finances and there may be a greater emphasis on materialism. Money may flow more easily than it has and we may see general improvements in various facets of life. This is a time for problem solving and creating greater balance, especially in issues around home, family, health and education. An increased emphasis on domestic and community matters can bring about a greater focus on local and national levels surrounding issues that affect the all.
People and institutions may discover that by making radical lifestyle changes, opportunities may abound that result in changes in long-held and accepted views. New ideas and concepts can create an easing of tensions as well as a dissipation of old fears. With that in mind, it is important that individuals look beyond the surface of things to better comprehend that which they are observing. A level of discernment will go a long way in providing deep understandings that can take root while providing a deeper, inner knowing.
Because the negative side of the 15/6 energy can bring about a rise in dishonesty, fraud and irresponsibility it is incumbent upon people to pay attention to, and focus on those areas in which these conditions are prevalent. September is a great time for a raising of the community and the national conscience that can result in a greater compassion and tolerance in areas of upset or discord. Demanding the truth from those who serve us can create a better understanding and balance in areas of government and business, especially in those areas that directly affect home and family life. Maintaining order in all systems and fixing those things that are in need of adjustment or overhaul, will also add to the general welfare and common good of the people. Particular attention may be needed in the fields of medicine and health. Another topic that could demand greater attention and concern is the issues surrounding our food and food supply. It is possible that the continuing debate over GMOs and the control of our food sources by a handful of large corporations will move further onto center stage. In any area of concern experienced by the individual, it would be advantageous to add your voice to the dialogue. Individually we may be drowned out...collectively we possess great power in asking for greater transparency and consideration of our desires. People must learn to channel their emotions on these subjects into actionable behavior, especially in holding our leaders to their position(s) as our voices in the process.
Since 2013 is a Universal 6 Year, the 15/6 energy of the Universal 6 Month is reinforced and amplified and conditions are primed for a greater sense of service to others. We must all keep in mind the bigger picture of a global community and work towards the improvement of conditions for all, wherever one may live. Get out there and make your contribution.
Blessings of Love and Light!

GEORGE ZIMMERMAN: WHO IS HE? THE STORY BEHIND THE PERSON
Recently, the news has been filled with stories about the tragic shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman, in Sanford FL. Much has been written and talked about regarding the events leading up to, and culminating in Martin's death. The trial of Zimmerman ended in an acquittal. As a Numerologist, I am interested in George Michael Zimmerman, the person. What makes him tick? Could he be capable of killing someone? What might drive him to act in such an aggressive fashion? Is he capable of being an individual driven by fear/hate/racism and by his own idea of what is right or wrong? This profile of him will provide insight into what makes George Zimmerman tick and what may have been behind his actions on that fateful night.
In a numerological profile, I put emphasis on the Challenges (the issues in life as determined by the Life Path) and the Karmic Lessons (determined by the numbers that are missing in the spelling of one's name). The combination of these aspects of the chart go a long way in showing the areas of life in which an individual will have difficulties that result in aberrant or 'wrong' behavior. Coupled with the information provided through the rest of the chart, one can get a clear picture of what makes someone tick and how they may behave in various situations.
George Michael Zimmerman, born on 10/5/1983 has a 19/1 Soul Urge; a 21/3 Personality/Image; a 13/4 Expression and a 9 Life Path. His sub-Challenges are 4, 2, and 2 with a Lifetime Challenge of 2. Of his Major Numbers the 19/1 and the 13/4 are Karmic Numbers indicating that upon entering this plane he brought forth with him major lessons and energies and many, dramatic choices during the course of this lifetime.
While the 19/1 Soul Urge indicates leadership talents that could be useful it also shows that in all situations the All (9) must be considered in the doing of the One (1). As with all numbers, 19/1 has both positive and negative aspects. The positive aspects show great talent in heading up projects and a strong ability to take mistakes, learn from them, and turn them into something beneficial. It certainly can attract love and money resulting in a good marriage, a contented home life, material success as well as honor and esteem. The 19/1 can create many twists and turns in life which may result in starting over on many occasions. One of the important lessons of this number is the mastering of emotions, as failing to do so will result in emotional upheavals and uncontrolled impulses. This, in turn, can lead to material loss and failures. A truly negative 19/1 may lead a double life, creating a positive image on one hand while leading a life of deceit and a lack of truth. This path will lead to what could be construed as a spiritual fall as well as a testing of one's courage. Losses come about through unseen dangers and treachery. It is possible that out of this tragedy could come growth and healing that can lead to being an influence in the relief of suffering. Only time will tell if Zimmerman will learn the big lesson from this tragedy and move forward to enlighten himself and others.
21/3 is a fortuitous number that can bring about good fortune and success. This is an expressive and creative energy that calls for an orderly progression of things to assure success. Acting without thinking will bring about problems that can not only impact oneself, they will impact others. Negatively the same tenacity that can result in success will also assure loss as situations with others can remove the things that provide a sense of security. The negative 21/3 is also very stubborn and refuses to learn the lessons that life offers. Once again, Zimmerman can take this situation and turn it into something that benefits others (and by extension, himself) as the number represents the cosmic consciousness.
The 13/4 Expression number in Zimmerman's chart is one of the most karmic of all the Karmic Numbers. With its representation of 'death', the 13/4 shows that the lifetime can be a continuing series of lives and deaths through a never-ending progression of changes. This number is very much an 'all or nothing' vibration with every situation being of great importance and dramatic cause and effect.
Those with the 13/4 must learn to ride the peaks and valleys of life and be willing to embrace the changes that come along. Just as things seem to settle down, something else comes along that requires attention and focus. Because of this condition, a secure home and secure relationships are necessary as a grounding device. Although not a leader, per se, the 13/4 will carry on for others. This could lead to a heightened sense of self-importance as Zimmerman
would see himself as the person who can take care of what he perceives to be 'problems'. Coupled with his 9 Life Path, George has a heightened sense of idealism and he may see many things as a 'cause' to which he must devote time and energy.
The negative side of the 13/4 carries with it a bad temper that leads to rash actions that can harm others. This leads to changes that are destructive and detrimental to his own life and possibly the lives of those around him. In this condition of the 13/4, one is spiritually asleep and unaware of the bigger picture and the part that each of us plays in creating a whole that is beneficial to everyone.
As with the previous numbers, opportunities abound for Zimmerman to manifest changes that will improve his life and the lives of others. If he were to become an advocate for tolerance and acceptance, he could go a long way towards healing the wounds created by his actions.
The major lesson of the 9 Life Path is to learn one's humanitarian purpose and share it. 9, with its great compassion, tolerance and altruistic take on life, can always be a force for good, often sacrificing itself for the benefit of the greater collective. It is the 9 that can lead the way by offering up an example of what a good life can do and how it can be beneficial. The caution with the 9 is always to be aware of a tendency to be too idealistic without giving any thought to how one can affect others by forcing one 's ideals on those people. This is also a vibration that can lead to great disappointment because of an unwillingness, or inability to conceive of a perspective other than the one that is held. Negatively, the 9 can be overly emotional, frustrated, selfish, unfulfilled, burdened and easily disappointed. If Zimmerman feels these conditions (and I fell strongly that he does) it would cause him to act irrationally without much thought given to the consequences of his actions. He lacks the understanding of others' motives and could easily be immoral, vulgar and a liar.
In looking at the Challenges and Karmic Lessons in George Zimmerman's chart, one can begin to truly understand in what areas he would have the most difficulties and, by extension, how these issues could manifest themselves in his day-to-day life.
George has no 2s in the spelling of his name. The Lesson here is to learn patience with, and tolerance of, others. There is a lack of consideration for others and the qualities of tact and co-operation may be missing. Coupled with the fact that he only has 1-1 in the spelling of his name (showing a lessened sense of self), he may look for ways to assert himself to make himself feel better without giving a thought to how his actions may affect others. What truly exacerbates these conditions is the 2nd and 3rd Sub-Challenges of 2 and a Lifetime Challenge of 2. Zimmerman's biggest challenge in life is to learn to be patient, tolerant of others and sensitive to others. With the representation of the 2 in the realm of partnerships and relationships, he would constantly be tested in how he interacts with others. The Universe, in its infinite wisdom, would continually put him in situations in which he would have to overcome his Challenge and become a loving and understanding person.
George also has 2-8s in the spelling of his name and the 8 can add the element of a temper, anger and rage to an individual. Again, coupled with the lack of 2s and the below average number of 1s, he would conceivably overcompensate by projecting (falsely) a sense of power and control. Because Zimmerman has a 4 Challenge in the 1st position (covering the time period up to the age of 27 and beyond if the Challenge has not been met and overcome), control issues would be a major consequence. This would also create issues
around self-control. The 1st position 4 Challenge also indicates that
he came out of a home that was very disciplined and controlled, quite possibly leading to an attitude of rebellion and a search for ways in which he could exercise his own control over others. Add to the 4 Challenge the fact that there are 3-4s in the spelling of his name and there is a recipe for potential disaster. The average number of 4s in the average name is 1-2. Having 3-4s would add to the controlling nature of the individual while also making the person somewhat anal retentive with a strong desire to create and maintain order and discipline in his life. Anything that may upset that scenario could easily trigger a response that in many instances would be physical. Coupled with the 2-8s in his chart, it is easy to see that George might react in a physical fashion to anything that upsets him, or anything that triggers a visceral response in line with his preconceived ideas of things.
Other conditions that reside in Zimmerman's chart and that could add to a very, negative persona are the 8 Physical letters, 4 Mental letters, 3 Emotional letters and 6 Intuitive letters in the spelling of his name. Separately, these conditions may be easily handled and directed in a positive fashion. Combined, they could spell problems and potential disaster. The 8 Physical letters make him ambitious for power (his desire to be a policeman and his relegation to being a neighborhood watch person). The 4 Mental letters make him very determined and quite willing to pursue that which he feels he should be doing. 3 Emotional letters indicate that he is a person that wants admiration and who would act impulsively. Finally, the 6 Intuitive letters show that in his mind he sees himself doing 'big' things and that he acts from a place of delusions of grandeur.
In summary, I believe, based upon my almost three decades of working with Numerology, that George Zimmerman was not only capable of killing Trayvon Martin, in all probability he could justify it in his own mind. This, in combination with the 'stand your ground' laws in Florida, provided a toxic stew of ingredients that led to the death of a young man. Yet, in its way, this event, with George Zimmerman at the heart of it, could lead to a re-examination of these laws and more deeply, the racial divide that still exists in 21st Century America. Perhaps as an outcome of all of this, Zimmerman will (unwittingly) be a catalyst for change, fulfilling part of the requirements for who he is.
We must all examine our parts in this ever-changing world in which we live and do our best to improve ourselves individually and by extension, improve the greater good for all.
Trayvon Martin: Victim, Aggressor, or Fulfilling His Destiny?
The tragic event that took place in Sanford FL on February 26, 2012 resulted in the death of a teenager, the arrest of a neighborhood watchman, and a resultant trial ending in the acquittal of George Zimmerman. On the surface, this could have just been a random occurrence, emboldened by a bizarre law (stand your ground) and what may, or may not have been a situation that was racially charged and motivated.
What does Numerology tell us about Trayvon Martin? Was he solely a victim? Could he have been the instigator of actions that resulted in his death? And, more deeply, what do the numbers show about this tragic event?
Trayvon Benjamin Martin was born on February 5, 1995 and had just celebrated his 17th birthday, three weeks before he lost his life. He had a 12/3 Soul Urge; a 12/3 Personality/Image; a 15/6 Expression; and a 13/4 Life Path. His sub-Challenges are a 3 in the 1st position; a 1 in the 2nd position; a 2 in the 3rd position; and a 4 Lifetime Challenge. The 13/4 Life Path is the same number as George Zimmerman's 13/4 Expression.
Trayvon's chart shows him to be a sociable, charming young man who had a lot going for himself. He was not without his issues (as we all are) and there are similarities between his chart and the chart of George Zimmerman that could have certainly contributed to the events of that night. Once again, in another of what seems to be a series of ongoing tragedies involving firearms, there are karmic lessons at play indicating that this event has implications and lessons for the whole, and not just for those involved. The 12/3 in two positions indicate that Trayvon had great poise and he may have been viewed as somewhat odd by those who knew him, as he might have projected great inner strength. This was coupled with a tolerance for those people, lifestyles and beliefs that were different than his. On a very deep level, he understood that life is just an illusion and that one's life was a result of their beliefs. He also understood the transitory nature of life and held a place of peace within himself. In the deepest core of his being, he was not attached to worldly matters. Perhaps the most important aspect of the 12/3 energy is that one may lead a life of voluntary sacrifice that includes difficulties, trials and tribulations yet nothing can rattle a deep serenity. As a numerologist, I interpret this to mean that part of the purpose of Trayvon's being was to be a catalyst or instrument of awareness and change.
The 15/6 Expression shows that Trayvon had a personal magnetism and a talent for earning or receiving money and gifts from others. Yet, he also knew that he must work for that which he desired. This energy also would have made him strong-willed and diligent and the possessing of a willingness to go after, and obtain that which he wanted. The 6 energy can be somewhat materialistic and I would say that there may have been a inner conflict regarding materialism for the 12/3 energy in his chart, being cognizant of the transitory illusion of life , is not necessarily concerned with the material aspects of living. One of the negative aspects of the 15/6 may be a lack of emotional control resulting in a violent reaction to their 'lot in life'. A confrontation could easily result in him lashing out, as he might perceive the confrontation to be a confirmation of who, and what he is and that would be uncomfortable for him.
The 13/4 Life Path number in Martin's chart is one of the most karmic of all the Karmic Numbers. With its representation of 'death', the 13/4 shows that the lifetime can be a continuing series of 'lives and deaths' through a never-ending progression of changes. Martin's 13/4 Life Path is the same number as Zimmerman's 13/4 Expression. In other words, the path of Trayvon's life was energetically the same as the energy of who Zimmerman must be in this lifetime. The negative side of the 13/4 carries with it a bad temper that leads to rash actions that can harm others. This leads to changes that are destructive and detrimental to his own life and possibly the lives of those around him. In this condition of the 13/4, one is spiritually asleep and unaware of the bigger picture, and the part that each of us plays in creating a whole that is beneficial to everyone. Couple that with the fact that the day of the incident that propelled both these people into the public spotlight (2/26/2102) was a 13/4 Personal Day (all or nothing) or Trayvon, on a 15/6 Universal Day, and I will infer that this was a day during which both parties were to meet their destiny in what was immediately a tragedy, yet in the long run could be a catalyst for a new discussion in this country about guns and the issue of 'stand your ground' laws.
There are other points of similarity in the charts of Trayvon and George. Zimmerman has a 4 1st Challenge (under which he would have still felt the influence as the issue will remain if not learned and overcome), and Trayvon's Lifetime Challenge was a 4. With its representation of 'control issues', this could have certainly contributed to the volatility of the situation as each of them would have looked to be the dominant force in what happened. Both individuals have 3-4s in the spelling of their names and this would indicate a potential physical reaction to anger and/or confrontation. On the Physical Plane, both have eight letters, showing that both men were ambitious for power and may exert said desire to make their case. Martin and Zimmerman both have four letters on the Mental Plane making both of them very determined in that in which they are engaged. (Obviously, these two conditions could easily create a volatile situation).
Trayvon's 1st Challenge was a 3 indicating that he might have been struggling to overcome some self-esteem issues and feel comfortable with himself. In conjunction with having no 3s in the spelling of his name, he may have had a difficult time expressing himself. Another contributing factor could be Trayvon's 1 Challenge
in the 2nd position. A 1 Challenge is an indication of an individual having a difficult time with authority and being told what to do. The natural inclination of the person with a 1 Challenge is to confront authority. If Trayvon considered Zimmerman to be an authority figure, he might have naturally taken on that authority (and, because Zimmerman wasn't a true 'authority' figure, he may have been disregarded by Trayvon, triggering an angry reaction of '...how dare you, do you know who I am?'). While Trayvon may not necessarily have had a temper, Zimmerman does, and my sense is that Trayvon's initial reaction might not have been borne out of anger as much as other more deep-seated emotional issues (represented by the 3 Challenge and the 1 Challenge). Trayvon had a sensitivity for others that Zimmerman did not (evidenced by the lack of 2s in the spelling of his George's name and his 2 Challenge in 3 positions).
Taken all together, this was a mix of energies that had great potential for going wrong, and sadly, they did. Trayvon's Personal Day on February 26, 2012 was a 20/2 showing that for him, this was a transformational day regarding his abilities to get along with others. The 20/2 indicates that a sudden event would certainly bring on a major decision as to how one is going to proceed thus establishing a major turning point in one's life. Perhaps if events did not escalate so quickly, decisions could have been made that would have save a life, and prevented another from being turned upside down.
The purpose of this essay is not to assess guilt or innocence for either party, although in many ways, they were both guilty of something. In looking at the bigger, esoteric picture, this event may have very well been something to which both parties 'agreed' at some point in time before physical incarnation. In the way of the spirit, both were fulfilling an obligation to each other, and to the macro level of human existence. As I stated earlier, this may have been more to bring to the attention of all, the strange ways in which we behave towards one another, totally forsaking humanity and compassion for the sake of ideals and agendas. Obviously, America is a country that still struggles with issues of race and, we are a country that has a violent streak that continues unabated. If we all step back a bit and look at the big picture, we may realize that it is time to have the conversations that are necessary regarding the fact that we are all here together, and what affects one, affects all. In their own way, Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman thrust these issues onto center stage with Trayvon sacrificing his life for the cause. Will Zimmerman's life ever be the same? I think not, although there is opportunity for him to become a voice in bringing
people together. Can America, as a country, overcome its partisan divisions so that we make steps towards healing? Each of us as individuals can only do our part, yet it is the culmination of the acts of many that can affect the whole. What part will you take?

AUGUST, 2013 – A 14/5 UNIVERSAL MONTH
August is a 14/5 Universal Month. 14/5 is one of the Karmic Debt numbers in Numerology and has a great deal to do with the human condition and the sexual principles of life. With the 5 being a representation of (among other things) the human condition, August may see more focus and attention paid to things having to do with the physical being of people. This may be especially important in the
ongoing fight around women's reproductive rights and the continuing crackdown on abortion by state legislatures. We may very well see an increase and intensity
in this battle as people on both sides look to assert their positions as the 14/5 also concerns the issues of pregnancy and social and family obligations. With 5's desire for balance and law and order, once again the people's voices must be heard and considered, especially in the realm of legal documents and laws. 5 also represents the elements of freedom and change and perhaps these elements will gain importance in an area that should be entirely personal, without the interference or constraints of government or social agendas. Additionally, 14/5 includes conditions and situations revolving around national, community and social conscience. Might this not be a good time for people and politicians to work from a place of good conscience that includes concern and importance for the common good?
August will also bring about an increase in attention to matters of health, wealth and education. A receptivity to new things may help in propelling the dialogue regarding these matters. It will be important for all to slow down and give thought and consideration to previous behavior patterns. Increased concentration and mental transference can bring about new influences and changes where necessary. One positive way to foster and bring about such changes will be through the use of tact, diplomacy and persuasion. A key word to keep in mind during all conversations and actions is TEMPERANCE...giving consideration to all opinions and perspectives and acting, again, from a place that creates the best for everyone and enhances the common good.
5 is known for its bold and adventurous spirit and its willingness to take chances, and August amplifies opportunities to do so. This may be a month in which the
unusual or extraordinary receives notice and the time is ripe for new and different products and ideas. The 14/5 energy is good for sales, travel and a change of pace and these conditions may bring about increases in the selling and purchases of goods and services. One caution is to be aware that trends towards desire creates a need for balance, again, keeping in mind the major conditions of the sexual principles associated with this number. Opportunities will exist to create balance in the physical realm as well as the creative ability to manifest change(s). All things and situations should be met with an abundance of enthusiasm and a willingness to make the necessary modifications. The principle of the 14/5 is the destruction of the old and the re-building of the new underscored by learning the lesson of detachment. Through these actions can we discover the true meanings of peace and freedom. It is through learning to love the law of change that it will be conquered.
In the world of business, along with the potential for increased sales (especially in the categories of pleasure-driven items), there is also increased energy regarding
speculation and competition. While there may be losses of property or business
failures, it must be remembered that losses will bring on gains.
On the negative side, the 14/5 energy of August may also bring on a rise in dishonesty and irresponsibility. People may leave jobs over issues real or imagined. There may also be an increase in fraudulent practices and these may arise in the areas of business and government. It is important that you stay engaged in the on-going processes and allow your voice to be heard...both individually and collectively.
2013 is a 6 Universal Year and the elements of responsibility, family, home and service to others must be considered in all that is contemplated or acted upon. After the 13/4 energy of July and its elements of transitional change, August continues the vibration under which the world continues to transform as we struggle to bring balance, system and equality to all things.
Blessings of Love & Light!
July is a 13/4 Universal Month in a 6 Universal Year.
The 4 energy shows that this will be a period of time in which qualities and characteristics such as the institution of discipline and self-discipline, hard work, attention to details, and the achievement of goals will be paramount. The 4 Month is a time to be building a foundation for the
future and for on-going endeavors. Because of the natural vibration of structure and organization inherent in the 4, this is a time for mistakes to be corrected while taking action to get things done. The development and implementation of schedules is called for with an adherence to routines while also strengthening and/or developing order in projects. The very nature of the 4 demands exactness and it is this driving force that will encourage people to recruit and hire skilled workers to accomplish the tasks at hand. A process of slow and careful building for ultimate service and an increase in productivity can be the result of taking the necessary steps required to accomplish that which is begun, or that which is in process. A time frame governed by the 4 is favorable for construction projects of all types as well as for ideas and projects of a conservative nature.
The energy of the 13/4 indicates that July can be a time of change, release and transformation. These changes may be the result of the death of the old to make way for the new. In other words, old and out-moded patterns and behaviors may be 'retired' in order that new and more productive and beneficial ways can be instituted. This will bring about changes or removal in the old ways that no longer serve a useful purpose. The 13/4 demands that rigidity and the 'same old, same old' must be destroyed and moved aside so that new and fresh ideas may make their appearance. This is a time for reconstruction and renewal which will bring about, or lay the groundwork for, new and stimulating conditions. Opportunities may arise that allow for new people to become a part of what currently exists and these people will bring with them a renewed sense of cooperation and harmony. The 13/4 can also bring spiritual insights into form and structure and perhaps we will therefore continue the process of re-birthing ideologies and mindsets that no longer serve the common good.
On the negative side of the 4 energy, the world may experience a new wave of disasters. These could be in the form of natural or institutional. The financial world may begin to experience a new tightening of money which could negatively impact any ongoing progress in the economies of nations worldwide. We may also see an increase in intolerance (this could be either in the realm of those who are in power, or in an increase in the dissatisfaction and upset of those who are led by others). The consequences of these conditions may bring about a changes in leadership in
those areas where the upset is the greatest, bringing on a new period of disorganization and rebellion.
For you, the individual, use the 4 energy of this month to create the structure in your life necessary for moving forward while simultaneously using the 13/4 energy to propagate a re-birth and transformation of a beneficial and long-lasting nature.

June 2013-A 12/3 UNIVERSAL MONTH
As a 12/3 Universal Month, June will be a waiting period as public perceptions begin to change. This is a time when a change of view or reversal is possible on issues of importance. This could be the month when the gun control legislation is brought up for another vote and succeeds in passing as there is also an element of completion involved. This is a time for the cultivation of the courage of convictions and the propagation of truth. It is also a time for the righting of wrongs regarding people and policies so we may also see further movement in the realm of gay rights. Reforms may take place and progressive ideas may gain new followers as we move through the month. Since 3 is an emotional number, greater attention may be paid to the people and their wants with closer attention being paid to the details, as well as to the organizations that have formed to put forth a cause. New voices may be heard as more people begin to speak up and offer their feelings and opinions on that which is taking place. Since we are in a 6 Universal Year, social activism may be a part of this conversation (think back to 1968).
The 3 energy will also lend itself to greater creative and artistic endeavors as people look for new, and/or greater means of self-expression. Social events may play a part in the expansion of these ideas and concepts. There may also be a greater increase in the level and intensity of communication as the public discourse takes on a new energy.
Economically, things will continue to improve with an uptick in personal spending (especially on non-essentials) and continuing increases in the stock markets.
On the negative side, improvements and progress may be hindered by continuing frustrations and obstacles with particular attention being focused on obligations and debt.
Wherever possible, lend your voice to the dialogue, and collectively work towards continual improvement in all aspects of society and government.

MAY 2013 – A UNIVERSAL 11/2 MONTH in a 6 UNIVERSAL YEAR
May is an 11/2 Universal Month which indicates there may be an increase in activities by churches and religions as well as an uptick in other spiritual or metaphysical pursuits. All forms of belief systems may show an increase in followers and people looking for answers to life's questions. In the arena of psychic, intuitive and alternative beliefs, there may be a greater interest in what they have to offer. Followers of various belief systems make take strides to improve the overall situations in the world. This may be the month where concrete steps are taken by the catholic church to move beyond its scandals and negativity and move in the direction of a more benevolent, tolerant and forgiving institution. There is great potential that inspirations can come forth to benefit the greater good. An 11/2 is a favorable time for religious and/or philosophical study as well as the sharing of thoughts, concepts, ideas and ideals. This month can also be a time of spiritual innovation with a greater tendency towards altruism and philanthropy. Wisdom with the purpose of the uplifting of humanity, coupled with revelations and visions can easily propagate positive action and forward movement. May will also be a good time to experiment with new ideas. Because of the duality of the 11, this month may also be a time of tests and challenges in different facets of life and living. This would also apply to things of a global or geo-political nature. It could also bring about a greater interest, or spotlight on, thing in the world of the arts and artistic endeavors. An 11/2 brings about opportunities for accomplishments in many things (especially in the realm of spirituality, religion and the arts). There is also a need to bring about balance and equity in matters of importance to the masses. Many positive results can be brought about through meditation and teaching.
On the negative side of the energy there is great caution against fanaticism and smugness. Indifference on the part of leaders (both religious and national) will foster more dissension and upset in people. 11 not manifested at its highest vibration can create situations in which people are taken advantage of by others while staying silent.
Since this 11/2 month takes place in a 6 Universal Year, the over-arching energy should be one of community and service to others with the common good taking its place front and center in all things.

2013 – A Universal 6 Year
2013, a Universal 6 Year should be a year that includes an improvement of conditions in the economy, healthcare and medicine, and in relationships between countries and their citizens. The SIX influence should create an increased harmony in opposing points of view and if the awareness on the part of the powers that be is in tune, there should be a lessening of the extreme divisions and partisan attitudes that infect governments. This is definitely a year for adjustments, re-assessments and working together in a responsible fashion. Other elements that are particular to the SIX energy and paramount to the improvements are in the realm of education and responsibilities and service to others. The indications also lean towards the possibility of more co-operation in governments and legislatures. On the world stage, more effort will be directed towards solving problems internationally. It may be prudent to keep an eye on Syria and Iran as continuing shifts in their societies may result in a greater voice of the people. Worldwide this will be a year of increasing social movements coupled with a rise in social conscience. If conditions do not improve in a fair and equitable fashion, we may see the rise of radicalism in the public discourse. The SIX year also indicates a stronger emphasis and focus on marriage, home, family and community and this may well be the year when the issue of gay marriage is once and for all settled, as society becomes more aware that equal rights for all means just that...equal rights! There should also be movement towards correcting many injustices judicially and through the law with the intent of improving conditions on all levels of society including perhaps, a greater focus on the elderly. As consciousness raises the energies will be more directed to the elements of love, understanding, the consideration of others, and the realization that we all hold responsibilities for everyone. 2013 has great potential for people to step up and take responsibility for the seeds which were planted in the ONE Universal Year (2008). A Universal Mind awareness will lend itself to ideals being raised and people gaining greater understanding of our inter-connectedness. Many of the changes begun in the FIVE Universal Year (2012) will take root as the responsibilities we all hold for our collective well-being are realized which will lead to a greater sense of well-being. 2013 is the year during which the housing market may finally begin to improve in a positive, growth-oriented fashion..
As with all years, the SIX vibration of 2013 also holds negative attributes and great caution is urged here as we could easily see the worst scenarios come to be. Sadly, and first and foremost, war could also be on the horizon. In history, World War I was begun in 1914 (a Universal 6 Year) and in 1941 (a Universal 6 Year) the United States entered World War II. 1968 (another SIX Universal Year, saw the assassination of two leading figures in politics and social movements in the United States) and the resulting social unrest was like anything ever seen in this country. We must all work to collectively emanate the vibrations of peace, co-operation and understanding with regards to human rights, equality and dignity. 2013 may also see a rise in cynicism coupled with an increase in the conservative movement and dialogue. Once again, it is imperative that the entire collective is taken into consideration in the context of legislation and policies. Social upheavals may be the result of policies that are not all-inclusive with situations such as those that appeared in 1968 beginning to emerge. Without positive action to overcome great inequities in society, poverty may become a greater issue. Other potential issues that may arise will be an increase in health problems, epidemics, hunger and homelessness. While not entirely a negative, conditions may exist that lead to the exposure of more widespread political dishonesty and chicanery. Doubt, mistrust, and hypocrisy will create a rise in political and geopolitical frictions which may lead to civil wars, social uprisings, or political coups. If steps have not been taken in 2012 to correct the situation(s) in existence, we may see increasing problems in the housing market. A lack of responsibility on the part of political leaders could lead to a inability to fulfill social and financial commitments further exacerbating the schisms between governments and their citizens. The SIX energy may also lead to stubborn opposition to change and improvements as different factions become more intractable in their positions.
In closing, much of what transpires in 2013 will be determined by the changes that manifest in 2012 and by the willingness of all parties to work towards a more harmonious, responsible and loving world. You, the reader can do you part through the exercising and exhibition of such traits.
Do your part in continuing to make the world a better place for all.

THE NEWTOWN SHOOTINGS - Another Perspective
On December 14, 2012, tragedy struck the Sandy Hill Elementary School in Newtown CT. Twenty-year-old Adam Peter Lanza forced his way into the school and proceeded to gun down 20 six and seven-year-old students as well as 6 teachers and administrators. This after he had murdered his mother in her home. A horrific tragedy coming after years of similar tragedies. In a previous essay, I presented a numerological profile of Adam Lanza and offered a perspective on why him and why, now? In this essay, I present a numerological look at Newtown and why, perhaps this event took place in this particular, quiet Connecticut town.
Numerology is based upon the numbers 1-9. Additionally, there is a set of numbers known as Master Numbers. These are the double digit numbers 11, 22, 33, 44, and 55, numbers that are a higher calling of their lower digit brethren (2, 4, 6, 8, 1). Numbers that exist and work in a somewhat exalted fashion. In looking at the numbers of Newtown, I discovered that Newtown is all Master Numbers. It has an 11 Soul Urge, a 22 Personality/Image and a 33 Expression.
The Master Number 11 represents the intuitive and inspirational teacher and healer. This is a number that manifests in order to show people the way, through words, actions and thoughts. One of its purposes is to inspire others through the use of those means. The Soul Urge position in Numerology is the heart's desire. It is the being or spirit of an individual or entity and in many ways, represents who one would truly like to be. For Newtown, this may indicate that it was in the town's 'programming' to be a source of inspiration and to be the place of a major, teaching moment. In light of the events on December 14, this may be the ultimate teaching moment for the country and the world in that we may begin to move away from a culture and a civilization that glorifies violence and mayhem. Already, the dialogue has begun in the United States about our gun culture and serious talks are underway regarding a way to rein in and better control the proliferation of firearms, firearms that in too many instances wreak destruction and misery upon unsuspecting and innocent people.
The Master Number 22 represents the Master Builder. This is an energy or vibration that envisions, and brings into form the big picture for the good of all. As a 'builder' it works towards creating a new dynamic, condition, or paradigm. The 22 puts into a structure and tangible form the Universal energy. In Numerology, the Personality/Image number is a type of 'first impression' number. It is also the doing technique and the way that the Soul Urge energy manifests itself in the world. As with all Master Number energy, if not manifested correctly it can create a type of martyr dynamic. In some ways, the young victims of the shootings became martyrs to a mindset that says it's alright to have unlimited guns in the hands of people and even worse, that a semi-automatic weapon is perfectly acceptable, even there is absolutely no practical use for such a gun. Yet, out of the ashes of this particular tragedy, we may see a new paradigm, a new mindset, a new, more conscious and humane policy on guns.
The Master Number 33 is the Master Healer. In a way, it is the manifestation of the Christ energy in its ability to touch others in a benevolent and healing manner. The 33 is love raised to its highest vibration. In metaphysics 33 holds great importance. It is recognized as the highest level in the Masonic Order and is also the age of Christ when he died, and it is the number of vertebrae in the spine when one is first born (a number that reduces to 28 as one ages and the five sacral vertebrae fuse into one). It is a number that demands a balance between service and sacrifice and just as the Bible teaches “Only take care, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things that your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. Make them known to your children and your children’s children”.... Deuteronomy 4:9. It is in this regard that the 33 implores us to be the protectors, teachers and healers of our children. It is a number that has at its core the desire to heal and make better the world and its population. This is accomplished through leading by example and doing for others out of the goodness of spirit and the heart. The world is changing and we, as its inhabitants, must be a major part of the change, for we are the living and breathing embodiment of the consciousness that makes this planet unique. The Expression position in Numerology is who one must be. It is the sum of the parts (the Soul Urge and the Personality/Image) and in being that total, it must make manifest in the world the expression of the vibration. Newtown has lived up to its 33 energy (even, in a way becoming a martyr) through being the place where such a tragedy has taken place, yet also being a place that in the short-term and in the long view, has been thrust into a prominent role on the world stage, a role that will show us all that we must change our ways.
With a 'birth date' (incorporation) of October 11, 1711, Newtown has a 4 Life Path. A 4 Life Path has a great deal to do with duty, honor and responsibility and it requires a well-ordered system of conduct and morals. It also leans towards the tendencies of stability and safety. The 4 is especially diligent and responsible in the situations that revolve around family and country. It is these very qualities that must be examined on a national and global stage.
In summary, Newtown was almost destined to play a prominent role in re-focusing a national dialogue. It's actualization as an entity is to teach and inspire (11); bring order, structure and build a new foundation (22); and, teach and heal through its actions and behavior. In all tragedies there are great lessons to be taught and learned. The visceral reaction of the world to the event that transpired shows me that we are taking the steps necessary to create and open and honest dialogue and turn the focus towards a more loving, compassionate and humane way of living and interacting. It is this author's wish that we all wake up and embrace the concepts of love and acceptance while understanding that which affects one of us, affects us all.

ADAM PETER LANZA-A Numerological Profile
During the time of a tragedy, most people focus on the horrific events that took place. They look to place blame. They mourn the victims. They condemn the perpetrator. Shootings such as the one that took place in Newtown CT on December 14 create immediate, and sometimes vociferous calls for change in the policies we have in America regarding guns. These events seem to be an all too frequent happening in today's world, yet for some reason, people are reluctant to face the facts and admit that we have a problem in this country. A problem that needs to be addressed and corrected in some fashion.
In physics and metaphysics, there is always taken into consideration the concept of cause and effect. Why did something happen? What caused it to happen? What is the effect of what just took place? What propagated the event to take place and for what reason?
In calculating the numerology chart for Adam Peter Lanza, born April 22, 1992, I discovered a very interesting chart. One, that on the surface, would not necessarily make someone believe that this young man was capable of such a heinous tragedy. Young Adam has double Master Numbers. Both his Expression number (the total of all the letters in his name representing 'who he must be in this lifetime') and his Life Path (his birth date, and the field of experience or environment in which he gets to exercise who he is) are an 11. In Numerology, 11 is the first Master Number and is a representation of the inspirational and intuitive teacher. One who is here to teach others, to inspire them in a way that is uplifting and that promotes forward progress in their journey. Master Numbers that are not exercised on the level of the higher vibration of the single digit (in this case the number 2), revert to the worst conditions of the lower digit. With the 11, the individual is often a 'doormat' who experiences many instances of people taking advantage of them, or situations where they are 'walked over' in their life. Adam's day of birth was the 22, another Master Number. The 22 adds intensity, inspiration and a great deal of nervous energy to an individual. It also contributes inner power, drive and a potency all of which may be latent characteristics. All of this high-powered intensity can create inner conflict as they are innately aware that this power and inspiration must be channeled into outward expression that benefits those with whom he comes in contact. Also, all the 11 energy may have made Adam feel as though he didn't belong. His perspective and vision of things may have been out of sync with those around him, making him feel different and somewhat alienated.
With a 5 Soul Urge (who he would truly like to be), Adam had a great curiosity about life and living. His was an adventurous spirit. One who wished to experience and live a full life. Because 5 is the middle number between 1 and 9, there is also a great need for balance (as 5 represents the fulcrum number) and a keen sense of fairness and the concepts of law and order. Being 'out of balance' can, and does, create difficulties for an individual. The fact that he came from a recently broken home, upset his balance and may have contributed to propelling him into a downward spiral. (Adam had no 6s in the spelling of his name, which would indicate a strained, or non-existent relationship with a parent and/or a divorce, separation or parental death). It is altogether possible, that Adam blamed his mother for the break-up of his family and this was a catalyst for his actions.
In the spelling of his name, Adam only had one 9 (the average number of nines in the average name is 3-4). Nines provide people the characteristics of humanity, compassion, tolerance, altruism and selflessness. (It is my belief that the number 9 is the number that prevents us all from killing, or doing harm to one another). With only one 9, Adam's sensitivity, tolerance and compassion for others was severely diminished and may have led him to a point in his life at which the lives of others held no meaning or consequence.
Other numerological conditions existent in Adam's chart are the fact that he had two letters on the Emotional Plane, a situation that creates great sensitivity to timing. He would also receive his ideas and impressions through his sensitivity. This is an individual who always needed love and understanding and a right environment that was supportive of him. If he was left alone, or to his own devices too often, there is a great probability that he would become too negative in thoughts and actions. Adam also had two letters on the Intuitive Plane which created a situation where he felt so much, he would wonder why others did not understand him (or the situation). This would have led to a condition where his behavior would become radical or extreme.
Adam was in a 4 Personal Year with a 16/7 Essence. The 4 Personal Year is a building year in which one creates structure and foundation for moving forward in life. On the negative side, the 4 can indicate restrictions or confinement. In this case, had Adam not taken his own life, he would have spent the remainder of his life in jail (the geometric shape for the 4 is the square). His 16/7 Essence (derived from the breakdown of one's life based upon the spelling of the name. Each year, one is under the influence of different letters which total a number-the Essence Number). A 16/7 Essence represents a karmic test that arises out of the past of either the current life, or a past life. This Essence number shows that the entire structure of one's life can change as something may have to be given up, or some debt may have to be paid. Is it possible that Adam was fulfilling a 'contract' that he entered into before he came into this plane?
Numerologically, Adam Lanza had great potential, had he exercised his energy properly, to be a great and positive force in the lives of others. He could have been a teacher or leader who exercised a beneficial influence on the lives of others. Yet, in carrying out this act of destruction and mayhem, he seemingly worked against the energy of his name and birth date. Or, did he? Could it be that his actions were manifested to bring to the forefront of the collective consciousness the fact that the violence and degradation of life that is so prevalent in our society and civilizations must change? Could he have been, on some level, an angelic messenger whose actions will, in fact, bring about some changes in the way we value life?
“When a physical death occurs, the tragedy creates a focus on the issues or challenges that exist. The entity is leaving the physical plane to assist from another level. Grief creates focus, and tragedy creates the angelic helper.”
So, in his own way, as horrific as his actions may have been, perhaps Adam, and by extension the victims of his action, will become the catalyst we needed to have the necessary dialogue about violence and guns. It is in this way that Adam can teach and inspire as his Master Numbers would indicate. With regard to his victims, in some way perhaps that they had a pre-arranged agreement to participate with Adam in the action. So they too, could become angelic helpers. There are reasons for all things that happen. We may not necessarily understand them at the moment of their occurrence, yet we may discover that in fact, the greater good is served. In the Bible, we were told that Jesus was sacrificed so that we may all find our place in 'heaven'. Is it not conceivable that the sacrifice of the victims of this tragedy assist us all on our journey towards the light.
I understand that there may be some who read this that may find it difficult to grasp the concept put forth. This essay may even provoke anger or upset in some. I implore each and every one of you to look into your soul and find the truth and work towards enlightening all with whom you come in contact. I invite your comments and perspectives.
Blessings of Love and Light

A NUMEROLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE LOOKING BACK
Republicans and pundits were shocked that Willard Mitt Romney lost the election on November 6, 2012. As a Numerologist, I forecast in 2010 that he would lose and I reiterated my belief the day before the election.
Outside of the political and social reasons for his loss, there were a couple of things in the charts of both Romney and President Obama that were the reason for my forecast of an Obama win.
November 6, 2012 was a 22/4 Universal Day, a day of building for the future and creating the foundation for something long-lasting and beneficial to all. It would not necessarily be a day for success in activities in which the individual puts himself first, before the needs of the masses. This was also a day in which the groundwork should be laid with the plans rooted in practicality while being well organized. Under the influence of the 22/4, it is important to guard against extremes and again, use practicality in all that is put forth. On November 6, the United States had a 6 Personal Day, a day for taking responsibility and working towards the betterment and security of all.
For the winner, President Obama is in an 8 Personal Year, a year of accomplishment, recognition and advancement. In an 8 Personal Year, an individual truly reaps the rewards of the seeds that were planted in their 1 Personal Year (for President Obama, that would have been 2005, his first year as a US Senator). It is most likely that in 2005, President Obama already had an idea about his run for the presidency in 2008 and he began then, the process of making the contacts and connections necessary. When first elected in 2008, he was in a 4 Personal Year a year to work hard, get organized and facilitate the foundation and plans for the continued implementation of his plans. The 8 Year is a power year and a year of rewards and payment for the efforts put forth in the previous seven years. It is a year that presents many opportunities for growth and improvement and may be a year of great forward progress. The tests presented during an 8 Year are mitigated by strength, organization and efficiency which were all qualities of his campaign, and the President, personally. An 8 Year is also a year of increased activity, expansion, planning, and thinking and acting upon the plans put forth. This year holds great promise for prosperity and success and making contacts beneficial to the implementation of plans. 2012 would have also been a year to use what he has learned to further his political plans and ambitions.
At the time of the election, President Obama was under the influence of a 13/4 Essence (the Essence is determined by the spelling of the name and is a year-by-year breakdown of the life based upon that spelling). The Essence number is an indicator of the experiences of life showing the highlights, the turning points and the 'why' of things. Also, the opportunities in life. The 13/4 Essence for President Obama shows change, release and transformation. The year will bring about changes and occurrences which do away with conditions and situations that serve no useful purpose (in this instance, I would anticipate a greater move to govern and breach the divide that currently exists in government). Old ideas must be done away with in order to make way for new ideas, plans and directions. Reconstruction is a key word during a 13/4 Essence and there are great opportunities for the President to be an influential element in fostering change within the establishment. From his birthday in 2011 up until his birthday in 2012, Obama was under the influence of a 10/1 Essence. The 10/1 indicates fortune, luck and a turn for the better. It is an energy that may manifest something for which one has been waiting. The culmination of events will bring about the desired results and/or success. Rewards may be offered up and received as a result of long, hard work. The 10/1 is a fortunate time to begin new projects and for obtaining the desire results of said projects. The underlying 1 shows forward movement towards improvement and a change in the affairs of life calling for new initiative, leadership and executive action. It also indicates a new beginning, even in old endeavors.
The 13/4 Essence is comprised of the letters C, I, and A (the letters of the Essence represent the conditions and circumstances which demand attention and shape the personal efforts). Amongst other things, the C represents self-confidence, self-will and a determination to pursue personal interests to overcome the opinions of others. This also indicates an optimistic period.
The I in the Essence shows opportunities to attract protection (especially financial). Possessing the ability to understand the needs of people opens the way to success. Consistent effort can bring about an element of luck and the attainment of desires. Always present is the ability and power to attract the necessary help and influence for obtaining one's goals. Acting with love, tolerance and compassion will assist in the efforts put forth and the goals attained. This is also a time of receiving and giving influence.
The final letter of the Essence, A represents new opportunities and contacts. Action and forward movement are elements of success.
In the case of Willard Mitt Romney, he is in an 11/2 Personal Year. The 11 represents being receptive to ideas and inspirations. As a Master Number it demands a universal approach to things and cautions against being self-serving. The underlying 2 represents being receptive and willing to tolerate and work with others. Sharing and cooperation are important attributes which must be exercised while working to see and understand both sides in all situations. The 2 can also represent the qualities of the law of attraction thus one needs to be extremely careful of the vibration and energy that is put forth. The 2 may also require some waiting and cautions that trying too hard will not bring about the desired results.
For Mr. Romney, his Essence for the current year is an 11/2, also. This shows that there were 3 Master Number energies at play on Election Day. Again, an 11 Master Number is the intuitive and inspirational leader. One of the demands of the 11 is that it works towards enlightening and teaching those with whom it comes in contact. More importantly, all Master Numbers demand that energies are directed outward for the good of all. It is this author's impression that Mitt Romney was more interested in being President as opposed to being the leader of everyone. This impression is reinforced by the fact that Romney only has one-1 in the spelling of his name, indicating that his sense of self is not as strongly defined as it could be. Looking to be the boss or the president, to a degree, is his way of compensating for his lessened sense of self. In other words, it was more about him, than others. It would also explain the constant shifting of his positions on issues. In order to be liked, he consistently changed his dialogue to appeal to whatever group he may have been addressing. Master Numbers can be quite beneficial and powerful yet if they are not manifested at their highest vibration, they revert to the worst conditions of the underlying single digit (in this case the 2). The 11 reduced to the 2 creates a 'doormat' type of energy in which one is taken advantage of, or walked over not allowing the individual to be their true self.
The 11/2 Essence can be a learning period during which a crisis may erupt or a sudden break in associations will spring forth. These situations will create quite a shock to the emotions. Disruptions may also come about creating a period that is very disturbing, consequently causing delays, misunderstandings, separations, and loss. Unless Romney was willing to cooperate and share (think of his positions, plans and tax returns) he was set to be in a subordinate position. The 11 would certainly show a time in the spotlight while also being a time that is challenging and brings about a series of tests. The underlying 2 represents a period of growth, but patience and tolerance must be exhibited. This is a better time for partnerships than leadership.
Romney 11/2 Essence is comprised by the letters D, T, and E. The D indicates a practical period involving the handling of the responsibilities at hand. Many things may be exposed that must be dealt with and there may be problems, surprises and overlooked details that must also be handled.
The T does indicate progress and money to be made although partnerships and associations may bring about problems and/or advantages. It would be imperative that Romney chose his associations very carefully for that reason. Outside interferences may also bring about problems and difficulties (think about the appearance in the republican party of people with extreme ideas). The T also indicates there are many lessons to be learned about others, and more importantly, self.
The final letter of Romney's Essence is an E, which represents experience, progress, activity and forward movement. This could be a time of new endeavors and it is conceivable that post-election, he will find something new in which to channel his energies. There are conditions that may bring about unexpected problems, especially situations in which haste and impulsiveness are exhibited. Again, activities are better directed towards the good of the people.
In closing, while there are conditions that exist in both President Obama's chart and Mitt Romney's chart, the favoring for a win in the election was slightly in the President's column. As I wrote in a previous paragraph, it was important for Romney to portray a more magnanimous and all-encompassing attitude to the electorate. The preponderance of Master Number energy is his chart demanded that he not be self-serving in his pursuit. In my opinion, far too frequently he came across as someone who felt as though he was entitled to become president, not because he might be able to do a good job, but because he should be. Consequently, he didn't connect with the majority of the people he needed to win. On the other hand, President Obama was able to channel the energy to appropriately manifest that which was indicated. I believe he will prove to be a more than capable leader in his second term.

A NUMEROLOGICAL PROFILE OF THE AURORA, CO THEATER SHOOTER
When tragedies of the magnitude of the Colorado shootings take place, the obvious question is “Why?” Why would someone do something so terrible? What drove him to behave in such an aberrant and violent fashion? Could there have been any warning signs that may have circumvented the particular situation? I'm unsure whether it could have been prevented, but I do know that in looking at James Holmes' chart, there are certainly some areas of concern that would have, at least, raised some warning signs and which I, as a Numerologist, would have addressed as areas that needed some work and perhaps a change in attitude and direction. I'm not saying that if Mr. Holmes had been my client I could have seen this coming, nor would I have been able to prevent it. I am saying that there are definitely signs of someone who is lacking concern for others, and who may hold a somewhat dispassionate attitude towards others.
Numerology provides an insight into the individual through an interpretation of that person's birth name and birth date. Within the context of these two pieces of information is all one needs to know to understand what makes that person 'tick'. All numbers have both positive and negative characteristics and attributes and it is up to the individual to make the determination on exactly how he or she chooses to manifest the particular energies.
JAMES EAGAN HOLMES 12/13/1987
James Eagan Holmes has a 6 Soul Urge; a 7 Personality/Image; a 4 Expression; and a 5 Life Path. His life Challenges are a 1-1st Challenge; a 3-2nd Challenge; a 2-3rd Challenge; and a 4 Lifetime Challenge. In the spelling of his name he is missing 2s and 9s. He is in his 11 Personal Year with an 11/2 Essence. Also, he has 6 letters on the Physical Plane; 7 on the Mental Plane; 2 on the Emotional Plane; and 1 on the Intuitive Plane.
What does this all mean?
A 6 Soul Urge is the person who is 'of service to others' which would explain James' education in the medical field. Possessing a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to help others, he is also someone who needs recognition and appreciation for what he does. With family being important to him, any negative issues in his home and family life would create problems and issues. The 6 Soul Urge needs roots and a stable home life in order to feel grounded in the world. He also possesses a strong sense of responsibility. On the negative side, his need for appreciation could manifest itself in a degree of co-dependent behavior creating problems in inter-personal relationships. Also, coupled with 1-6 in the spelling of his name, he may also have a tendency towards stubborn and opinionated behavior, with a strong sense of needing to be right. James also has 6 letters on the Physical Plane which increases his sense of duty and responsibility while amplifying all the other traits of the 6 as listed above. To a degree, he may actually feel everything in a very physical fashion.
The 7 Personality/Image number creates a somewhat reclusive individual. James is someone who is hard to get a read on and may come across as somewhat aloof and enigmatic and he would tend towards being a loner. There is definitely an energy of 'what you see is not what you get' and he is someone who is quite guarded. He would appear to be quite intelligent and thoughtful and my caution to him would be to be sure that he does not isolate himself too greatly. The more isolated and hermetic he becomes, the more likely he would be to 'live in his head'. This would lead to too much thought and create both secretive and possibly negative thought patterns to take hold. On the truly negative end of the vibrational spectrum of this number, he may be prone to 'seeing things and situations' that are not there and would also run the danger of creating things in his mind, while justifying and rationalizing them, because of his need to be right. James has 7 letters on the Mental Plane which adds to his very introspective and reclusive nature. He is a person who wants to be alone and work alone. He is a deep thinker who definitely runs the danger of spending too much time in his head which can lead to conspiracies and elaborate thoughts while creating an environment for nefarious behavior. He would be an excellent planner and would think through anything he partakes, leaving no 't' uncrossed or 'I' undotted. He is shrewd and very observant while at the same time he is silent and secretive. It is conceivable that even if he has any truly close friends, they may have absolutely no idea what he is actually thinking (or planning). He also possesses very strong mathematical and scientific skills. The 7 energy would also create tendencies towards being anti-social, crude, fearful, suspicious and unreasonable. Bizarre appearance and behavior may also be hallmarks of James.
James' 4 Expression makes him a planner and organizer who may be quite gifted in working with his hands. This talent would be magnified by the 2-4s that appear in the spelling of his name. He would appear to be calm, cool and collected in almost all situations, especially one of high stress. Careful and cautious by nature he lacks spontaneity which leads me to believe that his actions were the result of a great deal of planning and deliberation. His actions were not something which he 'just woke up and decided to do'. His manual dexterity, in all probability, added to his ability to handle his weapons and build whatever devices with which he booby-trapped his apartment. James may also have a tendency towards being jealous and petty while also being stubborn, antagonistic and intractable. The 4 energy would also make him somewhat of a control freak. Coupled with his 4 Lifetime Challenge, control issues (especially self-control) are a major problem for him.
The 5 Life Path is a lifetime of adventure and change. It can also be a very, experiential lifetime and caution would need to be exercised in the realm of 'pleasures of the senses'. There could exist a tendency to overindulge in things. Additionally, issues of justice may be prevalent (5 is often associated with law and order). James may possess a somewhat distorted sense of justice that led to his behavior at the theater. (I will be interested in hearing his reasons for his actions when the time comes that his story is revealed). The negative conditions of the 5 Life Path can be perversity, rudeness, carelessness, and irresponsibility. James may also have a proclivity to engage in actions that are unnecessarily risky. He definitely needs to beware of a tendency towards self-absorption. Learning to acquire and maintain balance is his biggest life lesson.
In my work, I put a great deal of emphasis on the Challenges. These are the issues in life and the major stumbling blocks to acquiring a sense of wholeness and contentment. In James' chart, he has a 1 1st Challenge which would indicate that he comes out of a home that was probably somewhat authoritarian. Additionally, it indicates that he has difficulties with authority and does not like to be told what to do. He is certainly an individual who chafes at the thought of not being able to do as he pleases, when he pleases. His 2nd Challenge is a 3, indicating that he has issues around self-esteem and self-expression. It is quite possible that when he was young, he was not allowed to fully express himself and was constantly put down or denigrated in some fashion. James' 3rd Challenge is a 2. The 2 Challenge is one of learning and developing patience, as well as learning tolerance and sensitivity towards others. His Lifetime Challenge of 4 (as I discussed in a previous paragraph) shows that he has major issues surrounding control. Control of his own behavior and also, control issues in his relationships with others (he may be the recipient and instigator of controlling behavior). A 4 Challenge can also indicate restrictions on freedom, many times in the form of jail time. The combination of these Challenges would create in James feelings of inadequacy and a strong desire to make his mark so that he may prove any naysayers incorrect.
James' is in a 11/2 Personal Year which is coupled with an 11/2 Essence (derived from a breakdown of the spelling of the name on a year-to-year basis). The 11/2 Personal Year means that James needed to be open to new ideas and inspiration. Recognition for his actions is also part of the dynamic, and in the most negative of ways, he certainly has gained recognition for his horrific deed. As with all Master Number energy, negativity and negative thoughts and actions need to be avoided. The underlying 2 of his Personal Year indicates that this is a year in which he needed to work towards greater harmony in his life and his relationships. These matters would be put to the test and he would be confronted with the duality of situations as a means to grow. His 11/2 Essence shows this year to be one of importance and a learning period. A crisis (or crises) may show up that creates a sudden break in his associations and may very well cause a shock to his emotional well-being. (It is quite possible that he has recently experienced a dramatic break-up with a girlfriend, or someone else of importance in his life or there may have been some turmoil in his family). This year may be very disturbing to James and he may be feeling a sense of loss or separation from something important to him. If James exhibited an unwillingness to co-operate and share with others, he may have felt as though he was beholden to the whims of others which would lead to frustration, resentment and anger. This is certainly a year of tests and perhaps legal dealing s (which will now definitely be a part of his existence). Again, patience, tolerance and sensitivity are called for in all his dealing with others and in his actions towards others. Again, this is a challenging year, filled with tests, and my sense here is that something with which he was dealing pushed him over the edge (probably because it was out of his control and not going his way).
Two other things in James' chart add to the complexity of who he is. These things are the fact that he is missing both 2s and 9s in the spelling of his name. Numbers that are missing in the spelling of the birth name are karmic lessons. Lessons that were brought forth into this lifetime because they needed to be learned. No 2s indicates a lack of consideration for others. This also shows a lack of patience tact and willingness to work in concert with others. No 9s shows that James is lacking a broadness in approach to others as well as lacking compassion and tolerance. He may have a strong tendency towards selfishness and he may be lacking any feelings of remorse of forgiveness. These missing 2s and 9s would create in James a very dispassionate and disconnected attitude towards others. In other words, he is among others without feeling any connection to them. It is quite possible that his actions in the theater were done in a very robotic and unfeeling fashion.
In summary, James is a complex and somewhat difficult person who may be dealing with 'demons' brought about through his stubbornness, lack of sensitivity and his driving need to be in control and right! He probably has an ability, and a tendency, to distance himself from those around him without every realizing that something is not right. In many ways, these are the traits of the psychopath. I am sure that in his own mind, his actions were totally justified and he probably can rationalize his behavior without giving any consideration to the damage he has wrought. His seeming lack of humanity creates an insulation for him from his actions. My sense is that he was a somewhat troubled youth who felt quite misunderstood and who blames those around him, instead of taking responsibility for his participation in whatever situations took place. His intelligence and sense of his own righteousness are probably more than enough for him to plan and execute his actions. He probably gave no thought to the repercussions or damage that would be caused by what he did. The fact that he surrendered to authorities (to me) shows that he was in his own world during the time that he was executing his plan and that he may not have even been aware of the horror he was creating.
Could this have been prevented? Perhaps., but it would have taken someone with great insight into his personality and character who would have been able to draw him out of his self-created shell. I will be curious to hear more about him as this story continues to unfold. I wonder if anyone in his family will be able to identify and admit to knowing that 'something wasn't quite right'.

In the early 60s, Betty Everett sang, “It's in his kiss...”. In the 80s, Peter Gabriel told us it was “In Your Eyes”. But, it was John Lennon in the late 60s who provided the most accurate depiction of how to best understand the man or woman in your life, “You Know My Name, Look Up My Numbers”.
Now here, in 2012, I would like to introduce the ancient esoteric science known as Numerology, to you. Numerology, the music and information of who you are as determined by your given name and your birth date. In use for thousands of years, and based upon the numbers 1-9, the alphabet, your birth date, and your name as it is spelled on your birth certificate this modality provides insightful information, with great depth and explanation, of who you are, and more importantly, who that man in your life really is.
A numerological interpretation of someone's name provides unique details into personality, characteristics, strengths, weakness, issues and challenges, and if you are so inclined, a blueprint of your sexuality and sexual tendencies. You will receive a very detailed and complete understanding of anyone for whom a chart is interpreted. Not only can you fully understand your partner, additional detailed information can be gleaned that describes the points of conflict (inter-personal stress) between you and your mate. This is done through a comparative reading and will outline individual approaches to situations, reasons for that behavior, and possible remedies to help overcome the conflict(s).
In the reading and interpretation of a name, the particulars of the personality can be described and understood. Points of weakness (lessons) that appear, are areas where an individual must improve their 'performance'. Does your boyfriend, girlfriend, wife or husband have a difficult time expressing themselves on a personal level? Are all your questions answered with a 'no' or an 'I don't want to talk about it'? Check to see if they have any of the letters C,L, or U in the spelling of their complete name. If not, this is the reason behind the lack of communication. These three letters are all '3s' in Numerology and the number 3 is about self-expression, words-written or spoken, creativity and other facets of creative self-expression. The average name has one to two 3s, if there are none, than that person needs to learn how articulate that which is being felt, or that needs to be expressed. In many ways, the person must 'find their voice'.
Too much 4 energy, creates an energy that may be controlling or domineering. Too much 5 energy, makes the person curious, adventurous, and depending on the placement, a person who has a difficult time with commitment. No matter the lesson, it is there for a reason, as it is a part of one's life that must be worked upon and improved. Nothing in numerology is insurmountable. Numerology is there to assist you on your journey to self-empowerment through understanding, acceptance and (by taking) responsibility. On a personal level, it will provide YOU with a better understanding of why you are the way you are, and why that 'same guy' keeps showing up. Through the improvement and increasing of your own self-awareness, will you be better positioned to attract someone who is more likely to be compatible.
When it comes right down to it, the easiest path to attracting the right person, is to be the person you would like to attract.

AFTER DIVORCE...RE-CLAIMING YOURSELF
In a divorce, one thing a woman should insure she leaves the marriage with is her maiden, or birth name.
The majority of women who get married have had the experience of changing their name and taking their husband's name as part of the marriage ceremony. This custom dates back hundreds, and perhaps thousands of years, to a time when a man giving his bride his name was his way of 'laying claim of ownership' to the woman. In essence, telling the villagers that the woman now 'belonged' to him. In a way, the wife would become chattel, just as the man's property, wagons, animals and more were.
What was never given consideration was the vibrational effect a name change would have on those whose names were changed. Even though Numerology has been around since at least 500 BC, and in all probability, much further back in time, the use of it was a tool employed by the scholars, philosophers and religious and political leaders. It did not 'trickle down' to the commoners. Had it been used by the common man, perhaps the tradition of changing a woman's name upon marriage would have never taken root.
As a Numerologist, I have had a great many opportunities to work with many women over the years, in fact, the majority of my clients are female. It has been my experience that a name change creates a vibrational and energetic change in the individual and most often, these changes have created difficulties for that person. Allow me to explain: In my work, I strongly believe that it is your soul (or whatever other name you wish to use for that portion of your being) that chooses your name for you. Once it decides on the human entity it will inhabit, it chooses the name, birth date and family of origin that will best serve the entity for it knows that within the context of the name and birth date is everything about that individual and its life. Within the spelling of the name is the personality, strengths and weaknesses, talents and abilities and all the nuances that make you...YOU! The spelling of the name also contains a yearly breakdown of the conditions and circumstances which will demand attention and shape the efforts of the individual. The spelling of the name also indicates the turning points and the 'why' of things through the opportunities chosen to be met upon entering this plane. The birth date creates the field of experience or environment in which you get to exercise who you are. This energy and these conditions NEVER GO AWAY! When you change your name, you create a 'Halloween' effect, in essence, you are now playing the role of someone else. When you wear a costume, people see the outer appearance and may never know who is truly behind the mask. This is what happens with a name change, others are not seeing the real you they are seeing the person you are 'playing' based upon your new name. Additionally, you are not exactly seeing yourself. You may feel as though something is not quite right and may be unable to put your finger on the exact cause of that feeling. What is happening is you are wearing a costume that may not necessarily fit, the equivalent of wearing a piece of clothing that is not the correct size. Just as in 'dressing up', underneath the costume remains YOU! What is created through the name change is a dynamic of intra-personal stress, i.e, one set of numbers masking another and creating an inner conflict. It is for this reason that the woman experiences (either subtly or dramatically) a shift within herself. (For example, if someone has a major FIVE energy, they would be adventurous, curious, easily bored, experiential, and perhaps somewhat bohemian in nature. If, through a name change, that major energy were to become a FOUR, the FOUR would create a more controlled, discipline and somewhat restrained or restrictive energy, thereby stifling and inhibiting the natural tendencies of the FIVE).
Since many women get married before they truly know, understand, and become grounded in themselves, these shifts and changes can create major difficulties for the woman. If a woman gets married before the age of 27-35, she has not yet even completed her 1st Cycle. In Numerology everyone has three major cycles during the course of their life. The first cycle is determined by the number of your month of birth; the second cycle is determined by the day of birth; and, the third cycle is determined by the year of birth. The end of the first cycle delineates that point in life where an individual truly begins to grow up and becomes the person they are meant to be (In astrology, the 1st Saturn return coincides with the end of the first Numerology cycle). A name change can truly exacerbate the conditions encountered during this phase of life.
The woman who marries multiple times and continually takes on a new name runs great risk of creating even more problems and drama for herself. The continual 'layering' of vibrations can create quite an identity crisis and lead to a situation where she quite honestly '...doesn't know who she is!'
Another thing that must be given consideration is an understanding that your last name, the surname of the family of origin, contains the karma of that particular family. When 'you chose' that family and your name and birth date, you did so because you were prepared to do so and you contained the ability to handle that karma, as well as a need to experience it. When you marry a man and take his last name, you have then taken on the karma of his surname, something of which you have no knowledge and perhaps, even less ability to handle.
Taking all of this into account, name changes should be given extreme thought and consideration. It is my strong belief that if you are getting married you should keep your maiden name and if you are getting a divorce, make taking back your maiden name a part of the settlement (name changes after the fact can be an incredible hassle). You will in essence be re-claiming yourself and you will be grateful that you did. (Many women have told me they kept their married name because of children and I say that it is the 21st Century and families that have different last names for different members no longer carry the stigma they did forty or fifty years ago). Through this one simple step of taking back your name will you allow yourself to re-align yourself with who you truly are, that entity you chose to be before you were born. Re-claiming your name will go a long way towards clearing away the problems, difficulties and stress which were brought about when you first change your name. You can become a fully empowered woman, ready to truly live your life. During my career as a Numerologist, I have had a great many women confirm to me that they felt better about themselves when they took the step to re-claim their birth name. They say that they feel different and more empowered and that their lives take a turn in a new and better direction.

There may be no year, in all of history that has elicited as much dialogue, literature and discussion as 2012. Most people are aware of 2012's association with the end of the Mayan calendar, which takes place on December 21, 2012. I will not go into the deeper, esoteric meaning of the date in this book. From the perspective of numerology, 2012 is a FIVE Universal year. A FIVE year is a year of change, transformation, transitions, and movement. It is also a representation of the human condition (the 5 senses). With that in mind, 2012 portends a culmination of the changes that have been sweeping the planet over the past few years. This year has the potential to finally place humankind on a new and more beneficial (to all) course. As with all years, there are positive and negative aspects that must be considered.
The positive aspects of a FIVE Universal year indicate an increase in the activity surrounding commerce and trade, with an improvement in the overall economic conditions globally. This may be the year when the world financial picture shows some sustained growth with a healthier outlook although I believe that true improvement will not occur until 2013 (a Universal 6 Year). This, of course, will be directly effected by the groundwork and foundation that was laid in 2011 (a Universal 4 Year).
More important in the context of the FIVE year will be conditions and situations concerning the human condition. 2012 should see a great increase in the interest in metaphysics and psychology...a more intense and far-reaching desire to more fully understand our existence here on Earth. In Numerology, FIVE is an indication of the human experience and the FIVE senses, and it is within this context where a greater focus will be aimed. People will be drawn to better educating themselves in new and different subjects, while simultaneously intensifying their knowledge of the “whys” of their lives. There will be a development in new attitudes and beliefs, and a rejuvenation of the human spirit. A rise in the condition of the “one” will be seen as a natural baseline for the rising up of all of mankind. Individuals will look to not only gain deeper insight and understanding into their personal existence, they will also be more in-tune with their part in the bigger picture...”what part do I play in the whole?” People will be much more aware of the effects that their individual efforts have on the collective. We may see an increase in heroic actions that lift us all to a better place. This may all be coupled with new and (in the context of the times) radical views on the way we live and co-exist with one another and our planet. The FIVE Universal year brings about expansion in many realms of living. There will be an undercurrent of change and transition that will affect societies and the way things are handled (think back to the social changes of 1967). People will more fully understand the importance of being versatile and of possessing the innate ability to foster the changes necessary to improve the “race consciousness” as it pertains to living in concert with the planet on which we reside. Improvements in many aspects of living and commerce may be brought about. New ideas and thought patterns that more keenly connect us to our sense of spirit and our thoughts about oneness may spring up in all segments, cultures, and countries around the globe. In the United States, 2012 may bring about a change in our elections and electoral processes. This may very well be the year when a new, third party arises from the political landscape as people desire, and clamor for a change in the system and the way things are done. It is important to remember that CHANGE and BALANCE are two key words associated with the 5 energy and it is obvious to this author that change is necessary and things most definitely must be brought into balance for the good of everyone.
On the negative side of the 5 Universal year, there may be an increase in international nervousness, as reactions to the impending changes are met with fear and a show of force. One of the other conditions the 5 represents are the tenets of law and order. While people will be seeking justice, the powers that be may react by using new, and more restrictive laws to hold onto their place of power. As the old way of doing things falls away, we may experience great opposition to the new, more radical thoughts and beliefs that will permeate the mindset of people. Political assassinations may take place, as people looking to foster change, but who are working out of fear, may feel it necessary to make an urgent and dramatic statement.
One of the key conditions of the number 5 is BALANCE. It is of the utmost importance, that everyone seeks, and discovers, their own personal middle ground. One must understand, and take responsibility for their actions while giving thought to the effect their actions may have on the overall picture. One of the schools of thought associated with December 21, 2012 is it is the end of the 4th age, as understood by indigenous cultures around the world. The 5th age is the Age of Man. We are moving into a time where we will once again, more greatly understand our connection to one another, and to Mother Earth. If a positive outlook and belief system can take root, we will all get to experience a better life and existence. In many ways, this will be a time of rebirth...rebirth of balance, harmony, joy, compassion, consideration and love.
It is this author's prayer that you gain the understanding and insight necessary so you can do your part and participate in these changes, and you may get to enjoy that which lies before you.
Blessings of love and light.

June 2011 is a Universal 1 month. In a 1 month we should watch for new, and in some instances, radical ideas. This may also be a time of radical movements in business and the geopolitical sphere. June will be a time for new and innovative businesses as well as new inventions. Also in business, growth is seen, promotions are made, new leaders take charge, and new ideas are formulated into plans of action. It is a good month for opening new businesses, starting projects, and forming committees. This is a time for leadership, independence, and initiative in all facets of life as new and divergent paths may be discovered or revealed.
In the context of world events this may be a time of important decisions regarding political directions as well as the advent of new leaders who make take countries on new and progressive courses of action. People and nations may be required to stand alone, to think for themselves and to learn independence and a new way of doing things. The 1 month is conducive to inventiveness and in some situations working alone may be good.
June is a time to begin again and make a new start. One is the individual and represents the power within. It is time to take the reins and determine a new course of action for yourself, your business and in the much larger picture for local, state, and national governments. The One calls for a breaking away from dependent conditions. It is time to set long-range goals and take the necessary steps to accomplish that which is thought of or desired. The One is the fertile ground for new beginnings and foundations. Goals which are set and followed through upon will come to fruition. It is imperative that there be proper channeling of original thoughts and actions which result in progress.
The energy of June is both emotional and mental. The mental energy demands attention to details and the finer points of organization while the emotional energy demands close attention to people and their wants. This type of action will result in a strengthening of the good will of both businesses and governments.
On the negative side there may be a revelation, discovery or events in the realm of political and economic irregularities. Beware of procrastination in the context of making decisions and watch for weakness and incompetence on the part of ruling bodies. In all instances (personal, local and global) beware of insisting upon having your way without giving great consideration to the potential consequences.
In conclusion, use the vibration and energy of the One which is embodied in this month to move forward in a positive, and possibly new direction in all things. Encourage yourself and your bosses and leaders to give thought and credence to new idea, possibilities and directions. Work towards creating a new and better world for yourself and others.
Blessings of Love and Light!
The number 9 universal energy experienced this month, will see a certain level of endings. In business, there may be a trend towards greater efficiency and production through more closely monitoring inventories and personnel. This may result in some cutting back of stock on hand and employees. Some public projects will be ended, or terminated before work begins. This would be a good month to sell or purchase a business. People may feel a desire to move or relocate to a new area. May will also be a favorable time to finish anything, especially in the context of: the enjoyment of friends and family; for gift and charitable giving; and, most importantly, doing kindnesses for others.
MANIFEST ONE CONSCIOUS ACT OF KINDNESS EVERY DAY
...let's see what we can create!
In the worlds of entertainment, politics and media there may be (if you can believe this!) a larger degree of people in the news. These people will be receiving attention for many things and these events may ripple through the world of communications. A level of “cosmic drama” may be afoot (perhaps more will awaken to the shifts of consciousness that are happening every minute). A positive side to this would be the exposure of this shift to more of the 'masses'.
Every number has a negative side and here are the negative conditions for May. We may experience new tragedies (especially surrounding people) and some prominent personalities may pass away. This could be a month of arguments and conflicts. Because this is a universal month report, this must be looked at quite globally, as well as locally. Friendships and alliances may be terminated. In the world of finance, the stock market may see continual fluctuation during the month. Nine, being a number of endings, will also have influence in matters of romance and relationships. Broken romances, separations and divorces may be a part of your life on some level.
In closing, the very best qualities of the number 9 are selflessness, philanthropy, and doing good for the good of the many as well as the few. 9 is the number of compassion and altruism and in these troubled times, reaching out and doing good for others will reap an abundance of rewards...think about how good it feels when you help someone, or more importantly when someone is helping you. Collectively we can make a very positive change in our environment(s).
I wish you blessings of peace, love and light.
Welcome to April, an 8 Universal month, during a 4 Universal year.
In numerology, 8 is the number that is strongly identified with business, money and power. On a global scale, this is a month that could see substantial expansion and growth in business. This is a time for large plans to be put into action and these plans may be either business or government driven. In the context of the current worldwide situation, we may very well see additional steps taken by governments to reverse and improve the conditions that have been created over the past years. There may be an increase in organizations that are formed for business promotion and possibly the protection of business and industry. The desire to increase bottom lines and protect business interests will be tested in the environment of the 4 Universal year energy as governments look to create changes in the regulation and oversight of business and industry. There should be a move in business towards more growth and expansion. In many instances these events may be enacted on a global scale. The 8 month is favorable for purposeful and directed activity and the structure of the 4 universal year will enhance the conditions for these things to thrive. Large business decisions may also be made in the realm of mergers, acquisitions and buying and selling. There may be greater focus and movement within the financial community and since the 8 also represents the law of return and karma, there may be instances where some of the transgressions of the past in the financial community “come home to roost”. Overall, conditions will exist that support improving of business conditions and in matters that are financial in nature although there may be increasing fluctuations in the stock market.
April will also see a movement towards curtailing, and/or ending inefficient practices in both business, industrial and government enterprises. Experts will be called upon to increase efficiency, progress and operations in all facets. We may also see an increase in the number of people moving from one place (or country) to another.
April may see an increase in the number of public personalities getting involved in the ongoing dramatic changes that are sweeping our planet. Media, and media related communications may also increase their presence and role in disseminating information relevant to on-going situations.
Sadly, we may also experience an increase in tragedies worldwide. These events may occur in just about any facet of life. We may also witness an increase in the number of arguments and conflicts throughout the world with shifts beginning in inter-national relationships.
Also, we may witness an increase in the number of divorces and separations involving people of note as well as deaths of well-known personalities.
In conclusion, the Universal 8 energy of April will show great actions and movements in the world of finance, business and international situations. There will be a greater concentration of energy in these realms and overall, people may notice an increase in tension in the world around them. Much will be determined by the actions and directions of those who hold power throughout the world.
Blessings of love and light.

2011-A 4 Universal Year
2011 is the 4th year in the current universal nine-year cycle. As with all years, there are positive and negative aspects, and it is my belief, taking into consideration the current worldwide situation, that once again there may be extremes on both sides. Much has been determined by the actions and activities of the current year, 2010 (a 3 Universal year).
On the positive side, 2011 can be a year of concrete action directed towards creating and building a more stable world for the future. Certain aspects of the 4 represent structure, foundations, and organization. This year has potential to be a ground-breaking year in the re-creation of a world that accommodates and cares for everyone. When one considers the breakdown of systems and establishments in the preceding three years, it can be understood how these systems must be re-built, and how they must be re-constructed to benefit the many, and not the few. This should be a year of slow and careful building resulting in permanent and useful terms.
2011 should see an increase in construction projects and government projects related to infrastructure and commerce. There may be a reversal in the recent defense spending decreases, as governments look to bolster their national security. There may be a renewed interest, and participation in farming, both on a large scale and in home gardens. A portion of this interest will emanate from a greater desire by people to exercise thrift and economy in their personal lives. The 4 vibration is also beneficial for the sectors concerning manufacturing and education.
Another positive aspect of a 4 Universal year is a greater desire towards tact and cooperation between people; citizenry and their governments; and between countries on a global scale. There may be a challenge to traditions, and recently accepted modes of behavior. This has great potential to re-establish the bond between governments and their citizens on a more cooperative and equitable level.
Economically, 1930 was a 4 Universal year, and we may experience similar situations in the rebuilding of the economy. As jobs slowly reappear, we may find that wages are not at the level they were previously. This may be a necessity as countries and corporations around the globe work to re-establish a more stable environment.
Special attention must be paid to the negative aspects of the 4 vibration of 2011, as much of this will be determined by how current situations are handled by those in power.
2011 may see a rise in violence and violent confrontations. This rise may be in the form of civil disobedience and/or wars. How governments and power entities re-act to people raising their voices will have a great effect on the behavior of those people. Dissension, and a move away from conventional behavior(s), may be the result of people's dis-satisfaction with their leaders. On the most extreme level, re-actions by leaders and governments could range from crackdowns, police and/or military actions, and even martial law being established. The 4 represents restrictions, confinement, obstacles and prison. Societies may exercise a greater level of offensive behavior and dissension may be expressed. Were situations to escalate, people may be surprised at the level of re-action that is exercised.
On the economic front, there may be a shortage of liquidity in business, government, and on a personal level. This would be a direct result of the excesses of the “good times” and the failure of individuals, nations and corporate entities to realize the errors of their ways. Just as Icarus flew too close to the sun and crashed back to earth, so may the economy find that it too, “flew too high only to fall hard, back to reality”. Hard times may become a reality for many. If too many people become accustomed to not working, or living on hand-outs, there may be a decrease in incentive to work and laziness may become an all-too-familiar trait.
As with all vibrations in numerology (and all situations in life), choices must be made on an individual, and collective level. The negative aspects of 2011 should be impetus enough for people to work towards making this a better world in which to live. Check your history, and look back at the changes that were fomented in 1966 (a 22/4 Universal year)...a year in which the structure of society was torn down and the beginning of a rebuilding took place. The 22 was a major factor in that rebuilding, and the underlying 4 creates the solid foundation upon which to build. Also look back to other 4 Universal years of recent vintage...2002 and 1993. The structure for significant changes in how our government(s) behave were implemented in these years.
The world is changing. As can be seen by the events and situations yearly since 2008 (a 1 Universal year), nothing is immune to changes and transformations. You, the individual, must work towards bettering your personal existence and, by doing that you can help to change the collective. Be aware of your behavior, beliefs, and mind-set and pay attention to that which is going on in the world around you. Take part in making your voice heard in creating fairness and equity for all.
Construct the change that you wish to express then, BE that change.
