A Personal Years covers the period of time from birthday to birthday. They do not track the calendar year (unless of course, you were born on January 1). Personal Years fall under the vibration of the numbers from 1-9 and there may be an occasional 11 or 22 Personal Year with a much rarer occasion of a 33 or 44 Personal Year.
