ADAM PETER LANZA-A Numerological Profile
During the time of a tragedy, most people focus on the horrific events that took place. They look to place blame. They mourn the victims. They condemn the perpetrator. Shootings such as the one that took place in Newtown CT on December 14 create immediate, and sometimes vociferous calls for change in the policies we have in America regarding guns. These events seem to be an all too frequent happening in today's world, yet for some reason, people are reluctant to face the facts and admit that we have a problem in this country. A problem that needs to be addressed and corrected in some fashion. In physics and metaphysics, there is always taken into consideration the concept of cause and effect. Why did something happen? What caused it to happen? What is the effect of what just took place? What propagated the event to take place and for what reason? In calculating the numerology chart for Adam Peter Lanza, born April 22, 1992, I discovered a very interesting chart. One, that on the surface, would not necessarily make someone believe that this young man was capable of such a heinous tragedy. Young Adam has double Master Numbers. Both his Expression number (the total of all the letters in his name representing 'who he must be in this lifetime') and his Life Path (his birth date, and the field of experience or environment in which he gets to exercise who he is) are an 11. In Numerology, 11 is the first Master Number and is a representation of the inspirational and intuitive teacher. One who is here to teach others, to inspire them in a way that is uplifting and that promotes forward progress in their journey. Master Numbers that are not exercised on the level of the higher vibration of the single digit (in this case the number 2), revert to the worst conditions of the lower digit. With the 11, the individual is often a 'doormat' who experiences many instances of people taking advantage of them, or situations where they are 'walked over' in their life. Adam's day of birth was the 22, another Master Number. The 22 adds intensity, inspiration and a great deal of nervous energy to an individual. It also contributes inner power, drive and a potency all of which may be latent characteristics. All of this high-powered intensity can create inner conflict as they are innately aware that this power and inspiration must be channeled into outward expression that benefits those with whom he comes in contact. Also, all the 11 energy may have made Adam feel as though he didn't belong. His perspective and vision of things may have been out of sync with those around him, making him feel different and somewhat alienated. With a 5 Soul Urge (who he would truly like to be), Adam had a great curiosity about life and living. His was an adventurous spirit. One who wished to experience and live a full life. Because 5 is the middle number between 1 and 9, there is also a great need for balance (as 5 represents the fulcrum number) and a keen sense of fairness and the concepts of law and order. Being 'out of balance' can, and does, create difficulties for an individual. The fact that he came from a recently broken home, upset his balance and may have contributed to propelling him into a downward spiral. (Adam had no 6s in the spelling of his name, which would indicate a strained, or non-existent relationship with a parent and/or a divorce, separation or parental death). It is altogether possible, that Adam blamed his mother for the break-up of his family and this was a catalyst for his actions. In the spelling of his name, Adam only had one 9 (the average number of nines in the average name is 3-4). Nines provide people the characteristics of humanity, compassion, tolerance, altruism and selflessness. (It is my belief that the number 9 is the number that prevents us all from killing, or doing harm to one another). With only one 9, Adam's sensitivity, tolerance and compassion for others was severely diminished and may have led him to a point in his life at which the lives of others held no meaning or consequence. Other numerological conditions existent in Adam's chart are the fact that he had two letters on the Emotional Plane, a situation that creates great sensitivity to timing. He would also receive his ideas and impressions through his sensitivity. This is an individual who always needed love and understanding and a right environment that was supportive of him. If he was left alone, or to his own devices too often, there is a great probability that he would become too negative in thoughts and actions. Adam also had two letters on the Intuitive Plane which created a situation where he felt so much, he would wonder why others did not understand him (or the situation). This would have led to a condition where his behavior would become radical or extreme. Adam was in a 4 Personal Year with a 16/7 Essence. The 4 Personal Year is a building year in which one creates structure and foundation for moving forward in life. On the negative side, the 4 can indicate restrictions or confinement. In this case, had Adam not taken his own life, he would have spent the remainder of his life in jail (the geometric shape for the 4 is the square). His 16/7 Essence (derived from the breakdown of one's life based upon the spelling of the name. Each year, one is under the influence of different letters which total a number-the Essence Number). A 16/7 Essence represents a karmic test that arises out of the past of either the current life, or a past life. This Essence number shows that the entire structure of one's life can change as something may have to be given up, or some debt may have to be paid. Is it possible that Adam was fulfilling a 'contract' that he entered into before he came into this plane? Numerologically, Adam Lanza had great potential, had he exercised his energy properly, to be a great and positive force in the lives of others. He could have been a teacher or leader who exercised a beneficial influence on the lives of others. Yet, in carrying out this act of destruction and mayhem, he seemingly worked against the energy of his name and birth date. Or, did he? Could it be that his actions were manifested to bring to the forefront of the collective consciousness the fact that the violence and degradation of life that is so prevalent in our society and civilizations must change? Could he have been, on some level, an angelic messenger whose actions will, in fact, bring about some changes in the way we value life? “When a physical death occurs, the tragedy creates a focus on the issues or challenges that exist. The entity is leaving the physical plane to assist from another level. Grief creates focus, and tragedy creates the angelic helper.” So, in his own way, as horrific as his actions may have been, perhaps Adam, and by extension the victims of his action, will become the catalyst we needed to have the necessary dialogue about violence and guns. It is in this way that Adam can teach and inspire as his Master Numbers would indicate. With regard to his victims, in some way perhaps that they had a pre-arranged agreement to participate with Adam in the action. So they too, could become angelic helpers. There are reasons for all things that happen. We may not necessarily understand them at the moment of their occurrence, yet we may discover that in fact, the greater good is served. In the Bible, we were told that Jesus was sacrificed so that we may all find our place in 'heaven'. Is it not conceivable that the sacrifice of the victims of this tragedy assist us all on our journey towards the light. I understand that there may be some who read this that may find it difficult to grasp the concept put forth. This essay may even provoke anger or upset in some. I implore each and every one of you to look into your soul and find the truth and work towards enlightening all with whom you come in contact. I invite your comments and perspectives.
